NT reliability book: Completed the (very small) introductions to the section on oral transmission and textual criticism, then also worked up the chapter for the textual criticism section which is essentially a slightly updated and shorter version of my most ancient essay, Inerrancy and Human Ignorance http://www.tektonics.org/gk/inerrancy.html I expect on Friday I’ll visit some local libraries to exchange books and take notes from a few others. When I do one of these library runs it usually takes at least a half day.
E-Block: Time to get started on Part 2 of the Joel Osteen article. This means watching videos of him, and of critics, and taking notes. Oh my, such hard work! Pass the prosperity popcorn, ha ha! Will also be looking for and reading criticisms of Osteen and evaluating them. I got started on this today with readings of a few criticisms and transcripts of recent news shows Osteen was on. I tried to register on Osteen’s site to see streaming videos, but there seems to be some sort of technical glitch. I did find another site with his videos that seems to work, though, and watched the most recent “episode” of his TV show.
Project S: Worked with the HTML templates on files previously composed.
